Order processing Time & Shipping

All orders $150+ will be eligible for free shipping. Once your order is placed, we will fulfill the order within TWO business days, and the delivery period varies as follows:

Local Pick-up (Free)

Once you have received the notification of your order is ready, you can pick-up your order from our Richmond location at any time during our opening hours for free.

*Please note that your shipment may be delayed if we do not get a response from you*

Local Shipping (Standard Rate $9.99)

Once your shipment is ready, your parcel will be delivered within THREE business days. Our delivery department will contact you via text messages to schedule and confirm the soonest available date and time for delivering your parcel. 

U.S. & Canada Domestic Shipping (Standard Rate $29.99)

We will be shipping your parcel via UPS at a standard rate, and your parcel should be delivered within 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is handed over to our courier. If have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us via one of the methods mentioned here.

Unfortunately, we only offer one default shipping option each for both local and domestic shipping. We are working on offering variable rates and will be opening to more areas soon. Thank you for your understanding. 

Reward Program

Currently, our online store reward programs works separately from the rewards system that we use in our retail stores. . Therefore, the points earned for our online and offline locations are NOT SYNC. However, the reward systems here still works as the same as the non-member system in our retail store, listed as the following:

$1 purchase = 1 token reward point

  • 90 points = $3 discount
  • 140 points = $6 discount

Since the two reward programs are separate, this also means the paid membership rewards is not applicable to our online store. However, we do run special offers during our special events period. 

We apology for the inconvenience it causes for now due to the un-sync systems. We are working on it, and hoping to offer you a holistic system very soon.
